Yoga is a system for health and wellness. So many people think they can't do yoga because they believe it must include twisty, bendy poses. In fact, yoga doesn't have to include asana at all. Most of yoga is not about the poses, but the specialty at A Yogi Kitchen is to make you comfortable and make you feel great. Yoga is transformation. Ideally we practice a combination of the eight limbs that makes sense for a healthy, intentional life. If you're interested in yoga, but have been nervous about taking a class, a private session before a class experience is a great way to get introduced to the practice in the privacy or your own home.
