Wellness Coaching Sessions
$75 for a one hour session to help you focus on exactly what you need. Taking a holistic approach we'll talk about yoga, mental health, nutrition and come up with some tools to help you manage your life, focusing on the goals that you identify. Accountability will help you grow, heal, accomplish! We meet in person, on the phone or through Zoom/FaceTime, whatever is most comfortable for you. Email me or call to schedule a session.
Healing, relaxing, balancing and a great way to pamper yourself, your best friend or your love, Ananda sessions help keep your life in balance. Fully clothed you rest in deeply healing restorative yoga poses and receive light massage and energy work allowing you to release tension and quiet a busy mind. A mix of restorative yoga, reiki and light pressure, Ananda sessions help you achieve a deeper sense of peace and well-being.

Small Group and Private Yoga
$65 per yoga session for up to 10 people in your space. You choose restorative, flow, gentle yoga or any mix. A session is highly individualized for you or for you and your best friends, co-workers or family members. . Blankets and blocks supplied. In your home or my teaching space.
$65 Individual, or up to five people

Private Customized Healing
Not every class or workshop works for every person. We all have specific things we want to focus on and work we want to do. Whether you'd like to keep your private life private or just need to be super focused, you can schedule a private or small group yoga session or wellness coaching session with me at your convenience. Like early mornings? Late afternoons? You choose! Focus can be on whatever you're working on; goal and intention setting, stress reduction, toning, relieving pain, strengthening or relaxation with restorative yoga, managing anxiety, depression or PTSD. It's completely up to you!
Private or small group classes are the answer. Grab your closest friends, your co-workers, your Mom, brothers or neighbors and schedule a session. And the best part? You don't have to go anywhere. Classes are in your home or office space and are 75 minutes long. Get customized practice and explore individualized tools to help you manage your stress, anxiety and panic.
In addition to customized sessions, we all know that it's just hard to get to yoga. You walk into your first class with a bit of fear and anxiety. And finding a class that fits your schedule, spiritual needs and fitness level? Who hasn't taken a Basics class when what you really wanted was Level II? We all have reasons that getting to class is near impossible. Even teachers find it hard sometimes.
For centuries yoga was passed down individually, teacher to student. Yoga sessions were tailored for individual needs and lifestyles. The idea of a generic class to fit all needs was absurd.
Each student has her own rate of learning, own health issues and own fitness level.
From stress reduction, managing anxiety or overcoming panic one-on-one work with me helps you experience yoga and healing on deeper, richer level.
